These terms and conditions apply to the AI Hairstyle Try On app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Metehan Gurgentepe (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is useful and efficient. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
AI Hairstyle Try-On Services
The Application provides AI-powered hairstyle visualization and image generation features. Results are generated automatically and are provided for personal, entertainment, and informational purposes only. The Service Provider does not guarantee that generated hairstyles, colors, proportions, facial alignment, or appearance previews will be accurate, realistic, available from a stylist, or suitable for your hair type, face shape, or personal circumstances.
Face Data and Photo Processing Consent
The Application may process a user-selected photo that contains the user's visible face, hair, head shape, facial outline, skin tone, hairline, and facial position. This data is processed only to provide the requested hairstyle try-on result. The Application does not collect Face ID data, biometric identifiers, faceprints, face geometry templates, or data used to uniquely identify or authenticate a person. If a hairstyle generation request requires Google Gemini AI, the Application must ask for the user's permission before sending the selected photo for processing.
Appearance and Professional Advice Disclaimer
The Application must not be used as a substitute for professional advice from a hairstylist, barber, cosmetologist, colorist, dermatologist, or other qualified professional. Any decision to cut, color, treat, or otherwise change your hair is your own responsibility. The Service Provider is not responsible for dissatisfaction, financial loss, hair damage, allergic reactions, personal injury, or any other outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated previews or suggestions.
User Content
The Application allows you to upload or capture photos for hairstyle try-on purposes. You retain all rights to the photos and content you provide. The Service Provider does not claim ownership over your uploaded photos or generated results. However, by using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, transform, and display your content solely as needed to provide the Application's features, operate the service, enforce these terms, and comply with legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload images of other people without permission, images that violate privacy rights, unlawful content, explicit content, hateful content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. The Service Provider may restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Generated Results
Generated hairstyle previews may contain visual inaccuracies, distortions, artifacts, or unintended details. The Application does not guarantee identity preservation, exact hair segmentation, exact color matching, or consistent results. Generated outputs should not be presented as factual photos or used to mislead others.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which may expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Please note that the Application may utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These may include analytics, crash reporting, payment/subscription, cloud hosting, and Google Gemini AI processing services.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming data charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Application, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate, they may rely on third parties to provide information or processing services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application.
The Service Provider may update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available for supported operating systems, and system requirements may change. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated so that it is relevant to you or compatible with your device. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
